Authentically-modelled wooden walls from old Japan. These walls would have surrounded residential houses of samurai, and lesser houses in both rural and town settings, when the more solid stone walls were not required.
This gateway section is 120mm wide & approximately 76mm tall, featuring detailed hinges and studs to the front, and supports to the rear. Small locking brackets are featured on the rear, and the lock beam can actually be removed. The gate hinges are designed to open and close if required. The walls include holes for 5mm x 1mm magnets hidden under the roof, and can be used in conjunction with the tiled walls. Guide to adding magnets.
Two top sections for the gateway are available: sloping wooden roof or solid horizontal beam.
3D-printed on-demand in PLA plastic, usually brown. Colour may vary. Other materials & colours available on request.
Please note that the 0.2mm layers inherent to the production process will be visible. A textured spraypaint or some fine filler is usually sufficient to disguise these for tabletop use.
Samurai models not included.
