Master Crafted Miniatures (MCM) aims to ship orders as soon as possible. Some items may need to be cast, despite being listed as in-stock. You will be notified when many items in your order are affected.
Orders are usually packed on Thursdays and shipped on Fridays. If you have urgent need for something, please use the support system, and I’ll do what I can.
Please note, I generally don’t work on Saturday or Sunday. In addition, running this store is something I do around my job as a sculptor and manager for GCT Studios. The only other member of the ‘team’ is Graham, who handles casting and most mouldmaking & order packing on Fridays.
As such, orders won’t always be dispatched as quickly as you may expect with larger companies.
Likewise, you may not receive a response to your enquiries the same day.

Standard shipping is by Royal Mail First Class delivery in the UK, and Royal Mail Airmail internationally. Tracked may be provided by various couriers, dependent on cost.
Packaging
Most orders will be securely packaged in a small cardboard box which fits through your letterbox or, less often, a padded envelope. Those which cannot fit will be packaged in an appropriate cardboard box. In this case, MCM will often reuse packaging, especially that which is non-recyclable, such as polystyrene void-fill received through MCM purchases. Decal sheets will be packed in a cardboard-backed brown envelope.
Dispatch
Once your order has been packed, you will receive an order-completed email. Your order should be dispatched no later than the following day.
Once dispatched, UK orders should take 2-3 working days, European orders 5-7 working days and World Wide orders 7-10 working days.
Orders for customers outside the UK will have a customs declaration label attached. MCM cannot mark your order as a gift. Your local customs may hold or examine the parcel, causing added delay which is beyond MCM’s control. You may also be liable for additional taxes or duties, for which MCM is not responsible.
Missing Orders
If your order does not arrive within 7 working days of you receiving the order-completed email (UK) or 14 working days (rest of world) please use the support system.
If an international order via Standard shipping is undelivered after 6 weeks, the customer may opt for a full refund or have the order resent by paying to upgrade to Tracked shipping.
Please note that if you haven’t paid for Tracked shipping, no tracking number is available once the order is marked as complete.
Tracking information is provided by automated email but can be requested via the support system.
GB & EU VAT
MCM is registered for VAT (GB285125009) and charges it on all purchases from within GB and the EU. Rates depend on the region and can be found here.
If you are in the EU, MCM will collect VAT on behalf of your country at point of sale for all sales up to £135 including shipping. Orders of greater value will not have VAT collected until the parcel enters your country, and you may find it is subject to additional duty & processing charges at that point.
MCM has an IOSS representative, so we are able to collect VAT for EU+ customers on orders less than £135. No surprises!
